Cancellation Policy

Individual Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a future date, we ask that you contact us by 6PM the evening before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account or by e-mailing us at hi@paint-box.com. If you don't cancel within that time frame, it will be considered a late cancellation and you will be charged 50 percent of your appointment plus 10 percent automatic gratuity. All same day bookings are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50 percent of the appointment. 

If you arrive 20 minutes late or more to your appointment, we will be forced to cancel and you will be charged 50 percent of your appointment (plus 10 percent automatic gratuity) as it will be considered a late cancellation.

If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service, plus 20 percent gratuity.

PLEASE NOTE that if you arrive at your appointment with soft gel on your nails and you did NOT book a removal, we cannot guarantee service and will have to cancel your appointment and charge you 50 percent of your previously booked service as it would be considered a late cancellation. If you come in with extensions or acrylics at your time of service, we will be forced to cancel your appointment and charge you 50 percent of your previously booked service as it would be considered a late cancellation.

Group Cancellations:

For parties of eight or more, or for any size luxe mani date, simply let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. Groups of eight or more who cancel without notice or failure to show will be charged the full price of services originally scheduled, plus 20 percent gratuity.
