Paintbox currently ships to all 50 states. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to US territories (i.e. Puerto Rico) or Canada at this time.

All orders are currently shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping is $5.95. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery to your address, though in many cases, your order will arrive much sooner.

Customers have 30 days after an order is delivered to request a refund. Please email ORDERS@PAINT-BOX.COM with a description and photos of the defective product, or state the reason you are requesting a refund. Please allow up to three business days for us to review your request - we're a small team! If your request is accepted, Paintbox will issue a refund to the original form of payment. There is no need to send back the product as we do not accept returns at our warehouse. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note we do not issue refunds for our services in studios or for gift card purchases.

Bookings

CLICK HERE to book an appointment online. With you in mind, we've made booking online simple and seamless. Select the service, date, and time (and artist, if you have a favorite), and simply follow the instructions on the screen. We can't wait to help you nail your look!

Individual Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a future date, we ask that you contact us by 6PM the evening before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account or by emailing us at HI@PAINT-BOX.COM. If you don't cancel within that time frame, you will be charged 50 percent of your appointment plus 10 percent gratuity. All same day bookings are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50 percent of the appointment. If you have to cancel due to contracting COVID-19, you must provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test in order to have the cancellation fee waived. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service, plus 20 percent gratuity.

Please note: If you arrive at your appointment with soft gel on your nails and you did NOT book a removal, we cannot guarantee service and will have to cancel your appointment and charge you 50 percent of your previously booked service plus 10 percent gratuity as it would be considered a late cancellation.

Group Cancellations:
For parties of eight or more, or for any size luxe mani date, simply let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. Groups of eight or more who cancel without notice or failure to show will be charged the full price of services originally scheduled, plus 20 percent gratuity.

Our booking site allows for group bookings up to three. For groups of four or more, we require a group booking. If you are interested in booking a more leisurely appointment for any size group (best for unexpected gel removals, late arrivals, etc.), or if your group is four or more, please email us at GROUPS@PAINT-BOX.COM to book. We encourage you to ask all attendees beforehand if they will require a gel removal. If you do not book a gel removal, we may not be able to accommodate your service as booked. Please note our separate group booking cancellation policy, which requires 48 hours notice in order to avoid the late cancellation charge.

We do host private events at our studio. Please e-mail us at EVENTS@PAINT-BOX.COM to get in touch regarding in-studio or off-site events.

We specialize in nail designs, offering both polish and soft gel. We also offer classic single color manicures with a curated offering of elevated brands.

In an effort to provide you with the highest level of service, we've streamlined our nail designs into a SEASONAL MENU, all included within price listed. Please note we only accept credit cards or Paintbox gift cards; cash is accepted for tips only. If you have further questions about pricing, please reach out to us at HI@PAINT-BOX.COM.

The time needed for each service is indicated during the booking process. Should you want more time for yourself or your guests, we recommend booking the Deluxe Session. For bookings of four or more, email GROUPS@PAINT-BOX.COM.

Please arrive on time or five minutes early to check out our nail design lookbook. We always try our best to accommodate our clients should they happen to run late. However, after 10 minutes, we may not be able to offer you the service as booked. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to our CANCELLATION POLICY. We encourage you to browse our seasonal menu prior to your appointment.

For example, if you book a Polish or Gel Design and are late by 10 minutes, you may have to choose a simple design from our 'New and Now' lookbook instead of our seasonal lookbook. After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee a design but can instead offer a single color manicure. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy.

For clients with existing soft gel manicures, please make sure to book with gel removal. Indicating removal at the time of booking ensures we have enough time to properly take off your gel, so your nails stay healthy and strong. If you do not book a gel removal, we may not be able to accommodate your service as booked. Unfortunately, we aren't able to remove acrylic, hard gel, sculpting gel, or dip powder manicures.

If you arrive at your appointment with soft gel on your nails and you did NOT book a removal, we cannot guarantee service and will have to cancel your appointment and charge you 50% of your previously booked service as it would be considered a late cancellation.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to remove or work with acrylic, hard gel, sculpting gel, or dip powder manicures. We offer a gentle removal process by hand and only remove soft gels. If you come in with acrylics or hard gel at your time of service, we will be forced to cancel your appointment and charge you 50% of your previously booked service as it would be considered a late cancellation.

Currently we don't offer pedicures, as we are focusing on best-of-the-best nail designs for your hands.

Our incredibly talented Creative Director works with our highly skilled Nail Artists to design and curate our lookbook of designs. One of our artists will help navigate you through the lookbook to customize a design and pick colors that best suit your style. You are also welcome to choose any look from our Instagram feed or "LOOKBOOK" Story Highlights unless otherwise noted in the caption (ex. Select Press Ons are not available as designs in-studio).

We love our clients and their pups, but unfortunately the health department limits us from accommodating them in our studio. We appreciate your understanding.
